Please join us for Kindergarten Registration/Screening/Assessment for the 2023-2034 School Year. Wednesday and Thursday - April 5 & 6 - 8:00am-11:00am/1:00pm-3:30pm. Sign-up is required.
1. CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 10, 2023.
2. In order to enroll your child, you will need to provide the following information at registration/screening/assessment:

*Bring a printed copy to Screener OR email completed form to: lpfister@loloschools.org
*Copy of child’s Birth Certificate
*Proof of residency in Lolo School District (current utility bill, rental agreement)
*Copy of child’s immunizations

Note: Before entering school in the Fall children must have:
4 DTP/ Vaccines, one of which must be given AFTER the 4th birthday.
3 Polio Vaccines, one of which must be given AFTER the 4th birthday.
2 MMR Vaccines, dose 1 on or after the first birthday, dose 2 prior to kindergarten entry.
2 VARICELLA Vaccines, dose 1 on or after first birthday, dose 2 prior to kindergarten.
