The District participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program and offers students nutritionally-balanced and appealing meals daily. Free and reduced-price meals are available based on financial need. The District will make every effort to prevent the overt identification of students participating in the free and reduced-price meals by utilizing electronic identification and payment systems. See a school office to apply. A new form must be completed each year before the student can be eligible for free/reduced meals.
The District has a closed campus. This means students are to remain on school grounds for lunch unless they are picked up/signed out of the school office by the parent or with parental permission.
Regular breakfast is served from 7:45 to 8:10 a.m., in the cafeteria. Additionally, a “grab and go” breakfast is available in both the cafeteria and the lower gym entry area. Students eating breakfast should arrive no earlier than 7:45 a.m. (when the doors open) and other students should arrive no earlier than 8:00 a.m. Nutritious breakfasts and hot lunches are available to all District students. Kindergartners are offered milk as a snack each day. This purchase is completely voluntary and students may opt-out simply by saying “no, thank you” when offered. Those choosing to purchase milk will be charged the regular, full price regardless of free/reduced meal status.
Students who do not have sufficient funds for their meal will be provided a cheese sandwich and water at no cost.
Automatic Monthly Payments/Online Payments
Parents are encouraged to contact their banks if they are interested in setting up an automatic monthly payment to Lolo School District for student meals. Also, through our online Infinite Campus student database software program, District parents can access their student’s academic status and make payments to their students’ meal accounts. To do so, please call any of the school secretaries at the following numbers to obtain your specific password/code that allows you access to your students’ private information.

Once you have obtained your password, go to: www.loloschools.org , click on the “Infinite Campus” link, then click on “Parent Portal” and follow the directions on that page to set up access to Infinite Campus and the online payment system.
