TO ENROLL YOUR STUDENT AT LOLO SCHOOL
To register your student at Lolo School you will need the following information: birth certificate, immunization record, emergency contact information, proof of residency in the Lolo School District (ie: utility bill, lease agreement, etc), or a completed/notarized Affidavit of Residence (attached below). Lolo school does not accept any out of district students (see Out of District Enrollment Inquires document below). Attached is the copy of the enrollment form that you will fill out when registering your student. You are welcome to fill out the enrollment form before you come to the school if you wish. You can fill and print at home or save the completed form and email it to the appropriate office.
