Kindergarten Registration/Screening
Lolo School 2024 – 2025 School Year
Wednesday, March 6th & Thursday March 7th, 2024
Band Room 8:15 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00- 3:15 PM

1. CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 10, 2024.
2. In order to enroll your child, you will need to provide the following prior to the screening
*Completed Enrollment Form (Download form on Lolo School Website)
*Bring a printed copy to the registration OR email completed form to: lpfister@loloschools.org
*Copy of child’s Birth Certificate
*Proof of residency in Lolo School District (current utility bill, rental agreement)
*Copy of child’s immunizations (see required vaccines below)
3. Sign up for a time for the Kindergarten Screening on Sign-up Genius (Using this link) https://www.signupgenius.com/go/kinder2425
*Please arrive at scheduled time as spaces are limited
Note: Before entering school in the Fall children must have:
4 DTP/ Vaccines, one of which must be given AFTER the 4th birthday.
3 Polio Vaccines, one of which must be given AFTER the 4th birthday.
2 MMR Vaccines, dose 1 on or after the first birthday, dose 2 prior to kindergarten entry.
2 VARICELLA Vaccines, dose 1 on or after first birthday, dose 2 prior to kindergarten.
